Registered Nurse RN

Registered Nurse (RN) position at Pleasanton South Nursing and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing facility in Pleasanton, Texas. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality resident care, supporting staff, and upholding Eduro Healthcare values.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive RN care for residents.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility policies and professional standards.
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state practice), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex procedures.
• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts.
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by Texas.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Schedule

Full‑time: 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.; PRN: 6 p.m. – 6 a.m.
