Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team, providing quality patient care to support patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments
• Revise care plans based on patient condition changes
• Offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
• Implement departmental policies
• Foster positive patient interactions
• Function effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Active RN license in good standing
• Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
• CPR certification required upon hire and must be maintained during employment
