About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. As an integral team member, the RN provides quality nursing care to patients, focusing on their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws and standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments
- Revising care plans based on patient condition changes
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
