Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing essential patient care and support to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

The RN evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessments, revises care plans accordingly, and offers clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.

Responsibilities

• Implement departmental policies and deliver excellent customer service
• Exercise good judgment and collaborate effectively within a team
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, reasoning, and communication abilities to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
• Active RN license in the applicable state
• CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
• Prior skilled nursing experience preferred
