Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

We are seeking leadership-minded Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our award-winning nursing department on third shift (full time) and first shift (part time).

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring 5-star care standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinical-grade documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs and manage pharmacy notifications for adjusted treatments.
• Safely prepare and administer medications and complex treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment focused on resident dignity.
• Work with the Director of Nursing and therapy teams to update and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Proven ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Long-term care or sub-acute experience preferred, but all nurses passionate about geriatric care are welcome.
• Commitment to maintaining 5-star quality standards.
