Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule & Benefits

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing
- Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not mandatory
- Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents’ health status
- Communicate concerns to the healthcare team promptly
- Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
