- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident conditions
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care
- Communicate changes in resident condition with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of life
- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
- Ability to follow all regulatory and facility standards
