Registered Nurse, RN

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Set realistic short- and long-term goals, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes to reduce rehospitalizations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Delegate tasks to staff, supervise care delivery, and ensure proper communication across shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification required.
