About the role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, providing quality patient care and promoting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments and updating care plans accordingly
- Providing clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures
- Delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications and skills
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state
- Preferred minimum of one year skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (must be current)
