About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility, providing quality patient care and clinical supervision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily.
- Implement and interpret department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service and foster positive patient interactions.
- Participate effectively in an interdisciplinary team, utilizing good judgment and reasoning skills.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Current, active RN license in the applicable state.
- Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification (must be current).
