Responsibilities
- Maintain patient triage
- Assist physicians in assessing patient needs and treatment plans
- Document patient information accurately in charts
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent and accredited nursing program completion
- 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office
- Experience in cardiovascular or electrophysiology clinic, critical care or ICU preferred
- Experience in a high-volume office (20+ patients/day on clinic days) highly desirable
- Rhythm knowledge - familiarity with cardiac monitoring, EKG/ECG and device management/interrogation (CDRMS or IBHRE)
- Experience counseling patients regarding pre and post procedure care and medication adherence
- Current State RN license and CPR certification
- ACLS/BLS Certified (preferred)
