Registered Nurse (RN)

Aviata Health Group is seeking qualified Licensed RNs in Pompano Beach, FL for full-time and part-time roles. Shifts available: 6:45 AM–7:15 PM and 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
