About the role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. As an RN at Aviata at Oakfield, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred

Pay

$40 – $43 hourly.

Schedule

• Full-time: 7a–7p
• Part-time: 7a–7p or 7p–7a (12-hour shifts)
