Registered Nurse RN

Avalon Care Center-Portland is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team.

Pay

• $49.00 - $56.29 per hour
• $4.00 shift differential for night shifts

Responsibilities

• Development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents
• Independent supervision and delivery of care to residents in the nursing unit
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans
• Administer and evaluate nursing care
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Demonstrated RN clinical assessment skills at the level necessary to meet job requirements
• Experience in long-term care (preferred)
• Ability to assess resident needs
• Skill in developing individual care plans for patients
• Penchant for administering and evaluating nursing care
• Knack for supervising CNAs and other personnel
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of others
