About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Missouri
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Full-Time Night, 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
