About the role
We are opening a new facility on 9/1/2026. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment. We foster growth, training, development, and a supportive leadership culture.
Salary range: $40–$45/hour. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments
- Develop care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to optimize health outcomes
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensure compliance with IDPH and CMS regulations
Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong, effective communication skills
- Exemplary leadership skills
