Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, assess patient needs through ongoing evaluations, and revise care plans based on changes in patient conditions. Ensure patients attain or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. Implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures while demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude. Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and preferably one year of skilled nursing experience. Must demonstrate reasoning skills, good judgment, and effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.
