Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning about their life stories.
• Utilize nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
