Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and revising care plans accordingly. Provides clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs, ensuring high standards of care in compliance with laws and standards. Responsibilities: Evaluate patient conditions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, implement department policies, and promote positive patient interactions. Focus on supporting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Qualifications: Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of skilled nursing experience. Must maintain licensure and CPR certification throughout employment. Skills & Attributes: Excellent customer service, positive attitude, strong reasoning and judgment, effective communication, and teamwork. Additional Details: Starting pay at $42.50/hr with a $3 shift differential for evening/night shifts.
