Registered Nurse (RN)
About the Role
Join our team as a Registered Nurse where you’ll evaluate patients and create care plans while communicating with patients, their families, and the care team. You’ll serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care, focusing on creating meaningful patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the care team.
- Drive the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- A heart to serve patients and families, with a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs, including bearing the weight of an average adult.
