Summary of the Role

This position involves supervising and coordinating nursing care for residents, ensuring a safe and supportive environment aligned with person-directed care philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs and facilitating care plans
• Responding to emergencies and ensuring staff adherence to policies
• Leading team members, providing support, and fostering positive relationships with residents and families
• Updating medical records
• Participating in move-in/move-out procedures
• Assisting in resident and family education

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Clinical assessment skills
• At least one year of managerial experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency
