Registered Nurse (RN) and LPN
About the Role
This position is available on a part-time basis for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The 1st shift follows a schedule of 2 weekends on and 1 weekend off. Shifts are 8 hours long, and the facility has 87 beds. Candidates must hold a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and complete treatments based on resident needs
- Provide nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of records and reports
- Comply with all infection control policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve workflows and resident care outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license
- Ability to administer medications and IV certification
- Strong working knowledge of State Rules and Regulations
- A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
- Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance
