About the role

The Ambulatory Surgery Center with Princeton Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Pre-op & Post-Op Services.

Responsibilities

• Independently provides patient care through the application of the nursing process
• Accepts accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients
• Works closely with the interprofessional health care team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum
• Demonstrates within the competency domains of Continuous Quality Improvement, Evidence Based Practice and Research, Leadership, Person and Family Centered Care, Professionalism, Safety, Technology/Informatics, and Teamwork

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Basic Life Support Certification
• Registered Nurse - NJ
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• National Nursing Certification preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• Basic Life Support Certification (required prior to first day of hire).
• Registered Nurse - NJ (Required)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Active
• New Jersey Registered Nurse License (required prior to first day of hire) required
• National Nursing Certification preferred
