Registered Nurse, RN - Adult/Pediatrics

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) with a passion for adult and/or pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team, servicing clients throughout Cumberland and Cape May counties. Private Duty Nursing offers traditional shift types (8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts), hands‑on care with a single client, the opportunity to build lasting relationships and watch client milestones, and serves patients ranging from infants to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Requirements

• Paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online
• Practice with award‑winning adult and pediatric simulation labs
• Around‑the‑clock clinical support by phone
• Electronic charting using Statewise

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by transcript or diploma)
• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey

Pay

Pay range: $34‑42/hour based on experience and skills.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling with a minimum of one ongoing shift per week required
• Morning, evening, or overnight shifts available (8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts)
• PRN, part‑time, or full‑time options
