Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Emergency Department - Full-Time

About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative team environment. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and advocacy. The role involves participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, and supporting shared governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective, and individualized care according to policies.
• Respond to patient needs, provide education, and advocate for patient-centered care.
• Contribute to process improvements and organizational initiatives.
• Mentor and support professional growth of peers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Must hold valid RN license and required certifications including BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
