Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Emergency Department - Full-Time

About the Role

Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and effective communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions.
• Develop and execute care plans.
• Prioritize patient flow and document care activities.
• Promote patient-centered care and respond to patient concerns.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families.
• Support performance improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Deliver safe, effective care and coordinate patient services.
• Advocate for patient needs and participate in quality improvement.
• Mentor peers and adhere to organizational policies and standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state).
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS.
• Demonstrated professional growth, leadership, and adherence to confidentiality and safety standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and seek opportunities for development.
