Registered Nurse (RN) Adult Day Health Center

Location: West Roxbury, MA
Typical Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, one Saturday 9a-3p per month
Pay Range: $45-$48/hour
Job Type: Direct hire which includes full-time benefits
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Parking: Free parking onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing oversight, clinical support, and health monitoring for adult day health participants
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and staff
• Partner closely with LPNs, program staff, and internal team members to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Support seniors experiencing memory loss or cognitive challenges with patience and compassion

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Experience working with seniors in a healthcare or senior-care setting
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to senior care
• Comfort with computers and electronic medical records
