Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute/Intermediate - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, acting as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and coordinate care plans, ensure safety and compliance, document assessments and interventions, and advocate for patient needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance, and promote patient and family satisfaction.Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licensure, pursue ongoing training, foster growth of colleagues through mentorship, and contribute to a positive work environment. Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact), BLS certification, and preferably an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing. Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Complies with all policies and standards.
