About the role
ChristianaCare's Acute Care Rehabilitation Center at Wilmington Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Nursing care for patients recovering from various conditions.
- Collaboration with the medical staff to manage patient medical issues.
- Rehabilitation services tailored to help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
- Working in a state-of-the-art facility accredited by CARF for stroke, brain injury, and limb loss rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Delaware RN license or a compact nursing license.
- A degree in Nursing (ADN) required, with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Qualifications
- Experience in Rehabilitation, Med/Surg, or Stepdown preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay
Hourly pay range: $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary may vary based on individual factors.
Schedule
Day shift (7p-7a), with weekends and holidays per department guidelines.
Pay Period
Weekly pay period.
