Role Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. You will serve as a key liaison between patients, families, providers, and care team members, ensuring a positive, supportive environment. Your responsibilities include participating in performance improvement initiatives, maintaining professional competence, developing others, and supporting Shared Governance through involvement in councils or activities.
