Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical Dialysis

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment within a Medical Dialysis Unit. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using evidence-based practices. Responsibilities: Conduct nursing processes, partner with patients and families, practice according to clinical standards and ethical guidelines, and support performance improvement initiatives. They foster teamwork, participate in professional development, serve as preceptors or mentors, and promote research and evidence-based practice. Additionally, they assist in protocol development and resource management to optimize patient care and safety. Qualifications: An Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact), and BLS certification are required. Experience less than one year or direct patient care experience is preferred.
