Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care to patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Create and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families
• Work the night shift from 7 pm to 7 am
• Play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare services to our community

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
• One year of experience in Nursery/NICU/L&D preferred
• Strong passion for maternal and infant care encouraged
• Certification in Fetal Heart Monitoring (preferred)
• CPR (required)
• NRP certification within 8 weeks of hire
• All RN staff will be trained to float between the labor unit, post-partum/GYN floor, and the nursery

Skills
