Responsibilities
- Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
- Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Current MN RN License
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team
Pay
Wage range: $35.80 to $42.51 per hour, depending on experience. Shift differential: $2.00 per hour for evening shifts. $5,000 bonus for part-time employees.
Schedule
- Days: 6:30am to 3:00pm
- Evenings: 2:45pm to 11:15pm
