About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. You will serve as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

You will monitor patient conditions, deliver safe care according to policies, document assessments and interventions, and advocate for patient needs. You will participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, and support shared governance activities. Additionally, you will mentor colleagues, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
