Registered Nurse / RN, $5,000 Bonus Package - Home Health

About the role

Care for patients in Warren & Claiborne Counties, MS as a Registered Nurse, Home Health Case Manager. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $31.00-$38.00 with a bonus package of $5,000.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Coordinate care between patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• One (1) year experience as a RN

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Ability to travel to all business locations

Pay
