The Registered Nurse (RN) position on the 4W Medical Surgical Unit at Christiana Care - Wilmington Hospital is designed for experienced professionals who can contribute to a dynamic and diverse patient population. Responsibilities

- Perform clinical procedures and administer medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain thorough medical records.

Requirements
- RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or a commitment to obtain one within three years of hire date.
- One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS Certification is required.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $41.28 - $66.05, reflecting ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary may vary based on individual qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Rotating day and night shift schedule with 20% night shift differential pay.
