Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality care in a collaborative, team‑based environment. We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture.
Responsibilities
- Resident assessments
- Care plan development by collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Coordination with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to optimize health outcomes
- Supervision of CNAs
- Compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- Long‑Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong, effective communication
- Exemplary leadership skills
Pay
Salary ranges $40‑$45 per hour.
Schedule
1st Shift (full‑time, part‑time, PRN available).
