Registered Nurse /RN $10,000 Bonus Package, Home Health

About the role

Care for patients in Madison, MS and North Jackson, MS as a Registered Nurse, Home Health Case Manager. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.00-$36.00 with a bonus package of $10,000.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure their needs are met
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing
• Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• One (1) year experience as a RN

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Ability to travel to all business locations
