Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered care and education

Qualifications and Skills

• Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont
• At least two years of hospice nursing experience
• Clinical expertise relevant to the assigned unit
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills
