Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accountability and commitment to professional nursing practice.
• Maintains performance expectations to successfully complete the nurse residency program.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients, and families to provide care.
• Delegates tasks to and supervises other healthcare team members.
• Advocates for patients and adheres to ethical and legal standards.
• Complies with hospital and department policies and laws.
• Models Just Culture and Organizational Values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or a valid compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Working knowledge of the English language.
• Graduated with a Baccalaureate Degree or an Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program within a year prior to application.

• Must be HIPAA compliant.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $37.90 - $37.90 USD
