Responsibilities
- Providing safe, patient-centered care across diverse populations under the supervision of nursing leadership.
- Assessing patient and family needs, developing and adjusting individualized care plans, and evaluating care outcomes.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure culturally competent, age-appropriate, and safe care.
- Performing clinical skills, medication reconciliation, and identifying patient-specific risks to ensure quality care.
- Engaging patients and families in the care process and adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
Qualifications
- Current or soon-to-be licensed Kansas RN and BLS certification.
- Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, chemo) required within specified timelines.
- Minimum 2-year degree; preferred 4-year degree and relevant experience.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
