About the role

We are seeking recent nursing graduates interested in joining our MedSurg teams across Kansas City-area hospitals. Participate in our Nurse Residency Program based on the National Council of State Boards of Nursing's Transition to Practice model.

Responsibilities

• Transitioning from entry-level to a competent professional
• Developing decision-making and leadership skills
• Incorporating evidence-based practice and process improvement
• Formulating individual career plans and participating in development opportunities

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year of experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Basic Life Support certification
• Valid RN license
