About the role
Join our team as a Relief Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive outpatient care in a community-focused health center.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage, documenting in the EMR system.
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures, administer medications, start IVs, and educate patients.
- Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active WA RN license; dual licensure in WA/Oregon required within 120 days
- 1 year outpatient RN experience preferred
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
