About the role
Provide comprehensive patient care in a community health setting dedicated to holistic patient care.
Responsibilities
- Discuss chief complaints and take vital signs
- Complete health histories and document in the EMR system
- Conduct phone triage
- Assist with diagnostic procedures like IV starts
- Educate patients on treatments and medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and provide patient education
Requirements
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing or an active RN license
- Dual licensure in WA & OR required within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days
- PREFERRED: ACLS & PALS certifications
Qualifications
- Skills in bilingual communication, nursing procedures, and effective multitasking
- Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and EMR systems
