Registered Nurse Relief

About the role

Provide comprehensive patient care in a community-focused health center.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage
  • Document in the EMR system
  • Support providers during diagnostic procedures
  • Administer medications, perform IV starts, and educate patients
  • Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure patient flow
  • Maintain clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation requirements

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
  • Active RN license in Oregon and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days
  • Preferred outpatient or clinical RN experience
  • BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred, with bilingual differential pay available
