About the role
Provide comprehensive patient care in a community-focused health center.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, vital signs, health histories, and phone triage
- Document in the EMR system
- Support providers during diagnostic procedures
- Administer medications, perform IV starts, and educate patients
- Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure patient flow
- Maintain clinical quality and safety standards per accreditation requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active RN license in Oregon and dual licensure in Washington/Oregon within 120 days
- Preferred outpatient or clinical RN experience
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred, with bilingual differential pay available
