Key Duties
- Conducting phone triage to evaluate patient needs and coordinate follow-up care
- Assisting with diagnostic procedures and treatments, such as IV starts, and educating patients on procedures and medications
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans and coordinate referrals
- Providing patient education on medications and side effects
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing or a valid State RN license with dual licensure in Oregon and Washington within 120 days
- BCLS certification within 90 days; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Proficiency in nursing concepts, medication use, and effects
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Basic skills in Word, Excel, and EMR systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for additional pay
- Training in pediatric screening and women's health exams is a plus
