Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, vital signs, documentation, and patient education.
- Conduct phone triage, coordinate follow-up, and assist with diagnostic procedures like IV starts.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans and facilitate referrals.
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
- RN license (dual licensure in WA and OR within 120 days).
- BCLS certification within 90 days.
- ACLS & PALS preferred.
Skills
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish).
- Proficiency in nursing procedures.
- Communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills.
