About the role
Provide holistic patient care through assessments, vital signs, health histories, phone triage, and documentation in EPIC EMR.
Support providers during diagnostic procedures, IV starts, medication administration, and patient education.
Collaborate with care teams to develop care plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain clinical quality and safety standards aligned with accreditation and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- WA RN license
- Preferred outpatient RN experience
- Must obtain dual licensure within 120 days
- Hold BCLS certification; ACLS and PALS are preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
