Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in various rehabilitation settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee

Qualifications

• RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
