Responsibilities

- Travel within the Raleigh area to complete assessments and related service needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate professionally with individuals, families, and team members.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
